FolkTale is a design-led estate agency specialising in the sale of distinctive homes.
With backgrounds in architecture, design and development, our team understands everything from simple repairs and cosmetic improvements to full renovations and complex redevelopment, a perspective that goes well beyond the conventional agency model.

FolkTale also operates FolkTale Projects, a creative project management consultancy guiding projects from initial concept through design, delivery and completion.
